This Customer Service Internship offers final-year students (2025) or recent graduates the opportunity to gain 12 months of practical work experience in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient, on-time responses to inbound calls and process orders to meet customer needs
  • Answer calls according to set standards to resolve customer queries
  • Handle customer calls courteously, promptly, and professionally
  • Receive product training to promote products to customers
  • Follow up with internal teams on customer queries and communicate progress to customers
  • Provide requested documentation

Qualifications

  • A diploma or degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in a call centre or customer care role will be an advantage
  • Computer literacy – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Must be a South African citizen
  • Must have access to reliable transport
